If you haven't picked up on the emotional volatility of this particular brand of "conservative", just watch them jerk off all over one another whenever some insignificant congressmen produce some insignificant soundbites at some insignificant hearings. Then watch them freak out over government waste. Then obsess about the state. Then justify police overreach. Then talk about how racist some black guy is for mentioning race, then start 12 threads a day about race.
LSUpimp is particularly confused. I would have thought that his VC wife would have brought him more to the non-racist communist side.

We also considered age-adjusted death rates and infant mortality rates per 100,000 people from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Additionally, we considered an analysis of racially-segregated metropolitan areas authored by William Frey of the Brookings Institution in partnership with the University of Michigan’s Institute for Social Research. Educational outcomes for African-American children came from the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s 2014 report, Race for Results: building a path to opportunity for all children.
Including disenfranchisement rates in addition to incarceration rates is the main part of their methodology I would have issue with. It essentially double counts the incarceration rate for states that disenfranchise felons vs states that don't.

Hey man. I think you're taking this too seriously. You offer your wife's ethnicity as some kind of a bona fide "pass" for the rest of your silliness at least a couple of times per month. No problem. Plus (and I was surprised by this) the selection of not counting states that had a black population of less than 5% eliminates 20 of the 50 states. I had no idea that many would be affected.
