Florida is in the 11th circuit. They have no choice.
The path of this is the 11th circuit where it probably dies and then the Supreme Court if their appeal is granted where it most certainly dies.
Their little hoax is on life support.

Search took place in Florida but they can claim it originated in DC by virtue of it being a federal investigation.
I figured they would TRY to change jurisdiction, not that they would be successful with it.

They're fricked either way - If the SM prevails, it's revealed that they lifted a bunch of stuff they shouldn't have in the obviously-political MAL raid.
If the appeal is granted, then it goes to SCOTUS and they get an epic smackdown.
