No I'm simply referencing the general idea that liberals have when they say land doesn't vote. What they're basically saying is that concentrated populations it should be allowed to Lord over the unconcentrated populations made up of people with largely different desires from government. This is a stupid way of thinking because concentrated populations are literally Impossible on their own. They can't exist in any form.
