Outside of Minneapolis, Madison and Milwaukee, most of the people in the rest of Wisconsin and Minnesota are pretty solid. Unfortunately, the population centers of both states are infested with commie leftists.

That's what striking down a law actually means. The law isn't taken off the books. The government is enjoined from enforcing it.
