You're complaining about blacks being pulled over for speeding but never asked yourself if they're speeding more.
I don't know if that's true in New Orleans, just pointing out that it's true in New Jersey and you should pump your race baiting breaks.
I mentioned a principle a while back you need to pay more attention too.

I never said speeding. I just said oulled over. That was a 2 month study in one part of the country 20 years ago. You've already conceded that it's illogical to apply that on

If so, I googled for it and the first result provided that info.

No. Those are hard studies. I glanced through the one you sent and it looks very well done. It's so incredibly difficult, and expensive to actually quantify something like that into hard numbers.
