TLDR
We are currently living in a clown world.
Seattle’s very own Vladimir Lenin, the man responsible for the “Red Terror” and the subsequent deaths of countless people.
FYI - The Red Terror was a period of political repression and mass killings carried out by Bolsheviks after the beginning of the Russian Civil War in 1918.
Ironic given Antifa’s presence in Seattle, the establishment of Chazland, and the red triangles associated with Antifa.

Good luck dealing with Rushmore.

If there is a Liberace statue in Vegas, it will survive.
He was white but protected by his gay card.

Yeah, but do you know how remote that is? And the people in that area are patriots with guns.

Is it really ironic? Or, is it imitation?

“Why would anyone try to destroy the statue of such a great man?! The only thing he is guilty of is not getting the chance to institute Communism the right way, likely because of interference by those racist Americans.”

Sounds like Oliver Stones view of history; how war monger Eisenhower bullied poor Uncle Joe.

Who in Seattle suggested this, and how did they ever get it ratified?!

It’s on private property

Put there by someone who enjoys their private property and free speech.

In today's climate, if someone put up a statue of Nathan Bedford Forrest on private property but the public could see, how long do you think it would stand?
Property rights are an illusion, and property owners in central Seattle are discovering that.
