In Obama’s DC, it meant IRS attention and possibly raids to cost them a ton of money.

Global isn’t Gibson Guitar, so there isn’t a lot of raw materials to seize, but I am guessing that the FBI could serve a search warrant on them for all their PCs and files.


It wouldn’t necessarily have to turn up anything as much as disrupt their business and render any equipment seized as worthless upon return.


There could also be civil forfeiture procedures claiming various property and forcing them to go through a costly process to get everything back.


Scumbag tactics, yes, but people doing shite like this don’t get to hide behind Marquess of Queensbury rules.
