I’d leave it up to the legal experts to define specifics but I think it has to be easily proved and demonstrated that you are a danger to others and/or yourself. There has to be a review process as well.
We just need to have a logical discussion outside of politics that is in the middle of doing nothing and banning guns. Neither of those solutions will work for our children or innocent people. We have to meet in the middle and understand the solution cannot violate rights in a free society. But we have to hold our leaders and laws accountable.

Ask her one very simple question.
Why are you afraid?
Don’t just react to the fear, think for a minute about why you’re afraid. If you can get her to actually think for a minute you’ll be fine.

What kind of stupid are you? I imagine you live in the world where you deal with like minded individuals
and don’t contribute much to society. I hope one day you need a stupid nurse to save your life when you need CPR due to you inevitable heart failure

Seems like vast majority of these school shootings come from kids 20 and younger. I have no problem making the age to buy 21. Especially when kids are now more immature and naive to the real world than ever before. Just my opinion.
