It has to be a black police chief that decides this though. A white man cannot segregate his police force in any way form or fashion. It would be career suicide.

Did you catch this story about a black cop who tased a 60+ black man who is HANDCUFFED and already in the back of a police car?
Color aside, the system needs to be worked on. There are some amazing cops out there, but some not so great ones too. 60YRD handcuffed and tased by cop
