No. Property exists within anarchy. If you take my stuff I kill you. People learn this and stop taking each other's stuff. Social interaction rules developed way before govt came into existence.

Yeah, he who had the most guns had the stuff...it was great!

Because private citizens have not commanded mercenary armies in any relevant context for an incredibly long time, and they cannot afford it now.

The Pinkertons were not hired by govt. Groups of private people create wealth. Govt does not. It steals wealth.

The US in 1776 factually was not governed under any type of anarchist principles. Federalism is not anarchy. How stupid modern pseudo-intellectuals feel about the past is not relevant. It wasn’t anarchy, period.

OK, you've got a reading problem. What I posted was a comparison between 1776 and today. I didn't say that 1776 federalism was anarchy. Everyone here except you understood that. I said that the power of the national govt (compared to individuals, cities, states) in 1776 would be so diminished that people today would see it as anarchy.
Do you understand now?

Nope. You need to read your American history. Daniel Boone didn't shoot people and steal their money.
