I've done both aswell, in some cases I was the only employee in this state so I had to, but we all know why fed employees are. They're continuously milking the chinavirus scam. I'm done with that shite.

Start cutting certain programs at the federal level and then the state/local/public utilities will ultimately increase taxes and rates out of necessity. Lots of waste needs to be ended, but there will be consequences especially in the southern red states… water, wastewater, other public utilities, roads ect etc have to be repaired regardless …
