I was reading an article about schultz running in2020 and one of the open comments was basically. "How sad (far left) has the democratic party gotten when a true democrat like howard schultz has to run as an independent" IF. he got the dem. Nomination then i beleieve he would be a force to reckon with ....as an independent. He siphons off more dem votes than repub votes, but he would get some of the latter. He would do very well on debate speaking tour.
