Why is President* Biden doing this to Texas?

I don't watch a second of grandpa chewing the inside of his mouth while drooling and looking aimlessly to find help on what he is supposed to be doing... that being said....

Lifting the epa regulations so power plants can go full bore will help.

Can't disagree. We foolishly bought into the notion of renewable
