Truth. My family owned a business; grandparents were draftmen and engineers. We've been Republican since Nixon. (My first vote was for Reagan 1984.)

But the majority of NOLA is a "minority", and they have been trained to vote D.

New Orleans is a 3rd world city. A series of corrupt black mayoral administrations, white flight, and a magnetic draw of degenerates. New Orleans has never escaped the chicken in every pot mentality.

Because, much like other major cities, New Orleans under its democratic control is such a nice, safe place to raise your family.
