Because you can’t fake not having a mental illness

The ONLY thing I respect about Democrats.
They stick together.

Tulsi would probably be considered a DINO, along with Jim Webb.

Zell Miller and Lieberman were pretty DINOy as is Manchin.
Manchin only votes 85% with Schumer and never on anything where his vote might actually decide anything. Like every other dem moderate he is a liar to pick up a seat they have no business having.
and someone saying Manchin is a "DINO" is like a leftist bitching about Fox News, I will let you figure out what I mean

Because republicans want to manipulate and control everyone, including party members, so they assign pejorative labels. The Democratic Party is more of a coalition with huge variety and variation. There have always been conservative Democrats.

DINO’s are not free-thinkers. They subscribe to pack mentality only

I used to get to talk to the Senator fairly regularly as we got our hair cut at the same place in Atlanta. He told me he was still in the Dem party because most Dems pull the lever for a D without even knowing who they were voting for and some Rs voted based on looking at the individual and their record. It didn’t work the other way around.

Nobody pretends to be a corrupt Democrat in public but is secretly working for the good of the people under cover of darkness.

There used to be. John Breaux was a good example of a DINO.

There were more before the rise of globalism.
Now that’s the dividing line, and a LOT of the GOP rode to office on globalist corporate dollars. All dems did.
