Are you really this stupid?
Your response has nothing to do with anything I said.
Establishment/? So is Trump.
In fact, he is the establishment.

Trump's policies are closer to Obama 2008 than Kamala's are.

Very true, but that establishment is ran by Democrats. They saw McCain and Romney like they do black people. They say they like them and want them to vote like them, but they don't want to see them succeed.

Is it because they’ve labeled him a narcissist? Almost all world leaders are narcissists.
While this is probably true, I can't recall another U.S. president or world leader talking about themselves in speeches or elsewhere as much as Trump does so his narcissism is far more visible.

Is it Trump’s personality?
Democrats absolutely loathe both his policies, his personality, and his mere existence.
Independents mostly just view his personality as tactless and un-presidential, and dislike his impulsiveness as he seems to change his mind often shortly after.
Republicans view his non-political correctness as refreshing, are willing to look past it, and/or just love that it pisses off the left, and see any contradictory statements or flips in policy as the art of the deal.
And none of the groups are seeing the same news stories as one another.

I think everyone sees how he can be irritating. But he also uses that to his advantage. He get's his political opponents so focused on him and what he says, that they make themselves irrelevant on the issues.
When is the last time the Democrats had a reasonable proposal about anything? There are issues that they could win widespread support on - healthcare costs, reasonable immigration reform, etc, but they don't.
Right now, they are choosing to die on the hill of government shutdown, and Trump is letting them.
As far as Trump's personality goes, I think more and more people are figuring it out. It's the message, not the messenger. Can you live with the messenger, if you get a better, leaner, and more reactive government? Well, yeah...
