Let's just call a spade a spade here. You're trying to say that all of these 20 however million illegals should be granted amnesty.
Won't happen.
Won't happen.

Only because no one would believe we’re smart enough to be realtors or hock mortgages

Followed closely by the resident "doctors." Funny how some of these doctors and lawyers spend crazy amounts of time on the internet instead of working with, you know, clients.

Prosecutorial overreach? Did you sleep thru what they tried to do to Trump?
Hell, Fanni Willis, Leticia James, and your boy Jack Smith were having meetings in the White House.
And yet, Merrick & Co. still couldnt take Trump out. I'm sure you were disappointed that they couldn't pave the way for Nikki Haley to win the GOP nomination. That way, an Establishment crook would've won no matter what, and you would've been happy.
But alas, they just couldn't touch OMB. I'm sure you were sad about that.

You should know the reason, counsel. If you don’t, I find that scary.

This is correct. The King had suspended grand juries in the colonies and required colonists to be tried in England in criminal matters. The Constitution notably does not require indictments by grand jury in all cases.

This is a dumb gotcha attempt after watching lawfare for the past decade. The intent of the Founders matters little when the system has been corrupted from its foundations.
We literally saw a black judge cut an unrepentant rapist's sentence in half, even after he cussed at and threatened her in court, just because he is black. And you expect me to revere a system where that is allowed to happen? All the blame is on you lawyers for the lack of trust.
You put money and power over the constitution but now try to play on our emotional attachment to the constitution and the Founding Fathers to cover for the corrupt system you created. We're not falling for it.

Why did the Founders explicitly write Grand Juries into the Fifth Amendment?
Because they didn't anticipate encouraging lawlessness based on party affiliation alone.
