Why did SWB choose Troy Bell to be her CAO?

What was her motive?
Why did she not receive more heat for trying to appoint him?
Why could she not read a resume and not know any better?
Old news...but I always want to reinforce just how incompetent this woman is. Gravy is even calling her out.

She's an idiot who was duped by the shiny object.
She obviously didn't do a basic verification because it took the Advocate 2 hours to out the guy.
People like her (and him) want the title but don't want the work associated with the position

Damn, I had to use the google machine, I didn’t know who SWB is, nor am I aware ofTroy Bell. I don’t pay that much attention to Baton Rouge politics.
