I see Uniontown listed for you & can remember coming through there at 1-2 am from the Hattiesburg track and both sides of the roads would be flooded with folks

He can answer about Uniontown later, but I’m about 99.7% sure they still have this going on there. You have to know the geographical area. I know it very well.

Did that as a joke but we have some old family land out that way. I spend a lot of time
close to Da U.

Yep, they still do that. There is usually a 55 gallon drum or 3 lit up right in the middle of Hyw 80. Party from the Drug store to the Parts store every wknd. Good times!

Wait a minute. Didn’t Oprah and many other protected class black elites invest in Selma? Then where is the new construction located ? I drove through Selma heading to Demopolis a few weeks ago to duck hunt on the Black Warrior River and it still looks like Somalia. Or is it the same ole shite they say every year.

I’m in my early sixties and I remember when the Klan would march from Selma to Montgomery a few weeks after the bridge crossing jubilee. We lived right off of US 80 in East Lowndes County at the time, and it always scared the shite out of us kids seeing them. From what I remember, the City of Montgomery would no longer issue them a parade permit so they finally went away.

They still let us live here. I’ll miss the Bridge Crossing though. Give me the over as well. We have 1-2 shootings on a sleepy Tuesday, much less a party on Sunday.

My family has been here for 209 years. I’ll shut the lights off when we leave.

Me and you actually could sit down for a lunch or dinner. I'm paying. Lannies BBQ?

Quite a few old families with frick you money still there. If you happen to ride by the country club on a Saturday you can see the entire white population on the golf course in their lime arse green pants

Anyone have any police dogs I can borrow? I'll dress up like Bull Connor and we'll make the reenactment as realistic as possible.
