Have to say Mike Foster.
Nothing too great but nothing bad either. Blanco was in over her head, Roemer was popular until he flipped and gave us Duke, Jindal phoned in his second term.
Edwin Edwards was a true crook.

They all sucked and I left the state and never returned after Blanco was elected but out of those Foster. Still hate him for lowering the speed limit on the bridge.
