I was at a casino over the weekend playing blackjack and an older gentleman sat down wearing a MAGA hat. I politely said Trump 2020 and off he went, rambling on about how he voted for him in 2016, but Trump had let him down and he couldn't support him in 2020. The dealer asked him to leave the table


This was in Cherokee, NC.

My father really did not like Trump. Lifelong Republican that voted for Hillary. Is voting Trump this go around and I think there will be much more of this than your scenario.

My dad unfortunately falls into this category. He hates Trump but would literally throw Hillary off a cliff if given the chance so he voted for Trump in '16. Dude has festered for four years and now has terminal TDS. He gets nearly all his news from Yahoo and he just sucks it all in. Dude's getting a grandson in four months and he still brings up his hate for Trump at every opportunity. He has a lot in common with these rage addicted wackos on Twitter and in Portland.
