And he's also in the most legal jeopardy.
I don't care about drug runners getting wiped out. Hell, let's execute all the child molesters also.
But blowing them out of the water, and then going back and wiping out the survivors, is not unlike gunning them down as he cross the Rio Grande. Agree or disagree with the concept of executing drug smugglers, but this is where he is in the most legal jeopardy of getting convicted.
And he's also in the most legal jeopardy.
