re: Who follows Bongino? He offers reason that Judge Sullivan is going HAM on

But he didn't and asked Flynn numerous times "are you sure?". That doesn't seem like a judge that's ready to throw the book just yet.
And there was this comment by the Judge during that questioning about his quilt.
"The judge said he “cannot recall any incident in which the court has accepted a plea of guilty from someone who maintained he was not guilty, and I don’t intend to start today.”

I am not buying it. The Judge is all over the place.
The fact that he made those comments about Flynn in open court would scare the hell out of me if I were Flynn.
Will be a very interesting decision.

For Flynn’s sake, he better hope you’re right. It’s an interesting theory nonetheless.

Sounds like he’s challenging the whole concept of pleading guilty to something that you didn’t do just to get a lighter sentence.
That is called an Alford plea.

Dan Bongino is a complete nutjob whose words should be categorically dismissed as worthless.
Heck he's been a candidate for both the House and the Senate, and has LOST big each time. That should be the measuring stick for his level of credibility.

Funny you should say that...

In one of his campaigns, he ran in one of the most liberal districts in the country in Maryland’s 6th district and won on Election Day, only to lose a couple of days after when more votes were found. This is coming from a guy that also had no political experience.
That’s nothing to shake your head at. Get your story straight.

Then why did he go Full Retard and accuse Flynn of being an unregistered foreign agent while serving in the White House?
Because the threat of jail time was to incentivise Flynn to rescind the plea deal. Mueller is/was recommending no jail time.
Your calculus on the plea deal changes when you are facing 6 months of jail time versus none. You may change your mind. Sullivan wanted Flynn to change his mind.
Flynn stood firm which backed Sullivan into a corner. Apparently Sullivan does not want to throw an innocent man in jail. So he punted, again for the next iteration in 90 days.

Uh, maybe the Logan Act. The judge responded with, "the Logan Act that no one has been successfully prosecuted with in 50 years?". Something similar to that...
Not 50 years. Ever. Not one single person has been successfully prosecuted under the Logan Act since it’s inception in 1799. Literally no one in the history of our country has been found guilty of violating the Logan Act

Nothing he's done or said has lead to anything. His opinion is worthless.
You are 100% completely wrong on this. Bongino provides A LOT of information on how these investigations were run juxtaposed to how they are supposed to be run (based on his years of SS job and training). No one in the media or civilian life brings this point to the level Bongino does because they are ignorant of these FBI and DOJ procedures. That is the important perspective Bongino is bringing to the table.
For example. The simple fact that 95% of people do not realize that LEOs don't investigate people they investigate crimes.
If you go to your local police station and ask them to investigate your neighbor the first question they would ask is, "for what crime?"
In the case of Mueller there was no crime. But nonetheless he is investigating people in the Trump orbit to get to Trump.
THAT IS the fundamental and overarching flaw in this entire scandal and Bongino is the ONLY one to point this out consistently on a national level. That's only one example among many.

He lost by 1 point after leading on Election Day in a Democrat +7 district that he had no business keeping close. The prior republican candidate lost that same district by 20 points.
He uses facts, the majority of times sources by liberal outlets like he did in book, to back his well reasoned arguments. I know it’s not new for you, but you’re embarrasing yourself

Never attack the actual argument or substance of a position. Always attack the individual - which in this case is a former NYPD cop and secret service agent who had the gall to run for public office and lost

Understandable & Bongino says he is just trying to make sense of it.

That was Bongino's point...the judge is trying to scare the hell out of Flynn and wake him up to say "If you go with this, you are going to be punished accordingly. So if you didn't, you better fess up now!" At least that's what I took away from Bongino's point.

He does get animated sometimes....
But to say his words are worthless is, disingenuous at best and, well.....worthless, at worst.

This is flawed on so many levels.

Spin it all you want, but all Flynn had to say was that he was entrapped but he didn't. The Judge felt that the Prosecuter gave too good of a deal and is contemplating more jail time. Doesn't look like he's innocent to me.
