My statement was about Federal Lands overall, not just offshore.

Fed Permits on Fed Lands in New Mexico flowed like honey for majority of 2021. Again, that’s why his far left base got pissed, and now he’s trying to figure out what to do. He’s now hiding behind that DC District Court judge’s ruling to slow play drill permit approvals. There hasn’t YET been an outright ban, though I wouldn’t be surprised if his administration is dumb enough to make a second go-round.
