re: What’s next for St George?

You're overestimating how many truly rich people are sending their kids to provide school. We have a few families in our St. George neighborhood that chose private school because they didn't get in the magnet programs. Both parents work, and they've chosen to work longer before retirement to fund private school. Rich people aren't worried about working longer to send their kids to private school.

Granted, it's very hard to tell if they'd make the switch if St. George got its school district, but there's other reasons people don't live in LP and AP; commute being a big one.
