I’d just find it hard to believe that both dad and daughter drowned and were washed away down the river but somehow washed up on the same bank with arms draped over each other in perfect position for a photo-op

The picture is fake. If you've ever seen anyone drowning, that little girl would have ripped that shirt off him and pulled out half his hair.

I say any parent with half a brain and cares anything about their child would never enter a swift river with a child. And would not drag them thousands of miles through rough terrain and expose them to coyotes and thugs.

You would, ignorant. Let's not pretend that the best option would be to stay and put in effort to fix their shithole country. End the corruption and lawlessness instead of running away. Mirrors the attitude and culture of a lot of Democrat-run urban slums.
