That's the one thing media won't create too big of a stink about. Trump killed a girl early in his presidency.. and outside of a few random headlines, it wasn't a big deal.
As long as a president is bombing the hell out of third world countries... civilian casualties aren't considered a big deal.

I'm sure there's never been a war in which unintended/collateral deaths have not occurred. Actually, of course there hasn't. But this situation was/is quite different, in my mind anyway. Particularly when you look at it in light of the overall picture of the withdrawal and its many failures.
