Republicans don't have the votes to kick DACA kids out of the country.
They're here in violation of Federal law. No votes are required to deport them. DACA was Executive Amnesty.

The wall is of use because it will slow illegal immigration for years.
Policies are easy to change or not enforce. An imposing physical barrier while obviously not insurmountable, will greatly decrease crossings.
Even if it only decreases crossings by 10% then it will pay for itself in monies saved on social services.

Would the DACA recipients children be allowed to vote when they are of age? I say no relatives ever should be allowed to vote unless they go the right way to become legal. What I am saying is if these DACA people can’t vote their offspring shouldn’t be allowed because the right path for citizenship wasn’t taken.
A kid born to a DACA recipient in the US is a US citizen. Link to one precedent that would allow for the stripping of their right to vote? Stupid shite like that makes it impossible for anyone to have a productive conversation about policy, especially one that will impact close to a million people.

The simple fact is that "Any Kid" born in America has the right to vote and are citizens. So if you are asking if a DACA kid who is now in the country (Say 25 years old) has a kid that kid is now a citizen regardless of what status is given to the DACA parent.

Another one of the most ludicrous parts of our immigration policy.

Also there was a mention of the Republicans never getting 51 votes to expel the DACA kids.
It is my understanding that no vote is required. As it stands right now they have a protection order in place which was illegal.
Obama basically gave a "get out of Jail" free card to the 800K DACA kids. Saying that if they were caught up in an immigration deportation unit that they would be released. This is illegal because it flies in the face of federal law which recognizes that they entered the States illegally.
Trump has given until March for them to reach a deal or he will expunge Obama's order. Thus making them open to deportation if they are detailed without proper documentation.

Who said DACA kids get to vote?

I'd like to change the Constitution. Nix birthright citizenship.

Absolutely. Birth right citizenship is an insane policy.
