I just wanted to know who Putin murdered or who he ordered to be murdered.
I'm glad people were helpful and gave a little more information than your sweeping generalities. That's the reason I started the thread - to get specifics.
The two I named on this page are a good start because they're so high profile. It's just almost inconceivable that their murders DIDN'T relate to Putin. So much so that Putin's response was to blame the murders on western actors seeking to frame his administration.
If you really want to go down the rabbit hole, read about the Russian apartment bombings that led to a second Chechen war.
Last page now, but Litvinenko, Politkovskaya and more recently, Boris Nemtsov

Putin is no mystery to any right wing, left wing or independent who understand geo politics for the last 25 years. He is a thug dictator whose ecomomy is a gas-station with a lot of guns.

Yeah. For all the people that (rightfully) call out "Marxism," it's strange when many of those same people seem to have a strangely positive view of a corrupt authoritarian who was a high ranking KGB agent in the COMMUNIST Soviet Union.
its bizarro world.
My entire life russia was the villain. And now they are our best friends. its bizarre.
How old are you? The USSR fell in 1991. Russia has not been a real enemy in over two decades.

Here are a few exhibits to review:
Russian Apartment Bombings in 1999.
The curious case of Victor Yushchenko
The curious case of Alexander Valterovich Litvinenko. Who has Polonium 210 that would want a FSB agent who specialized in tracking organized crime dead?
Which brings us to the curious case of Boris Berezovsky, Russian oligarch who was garrotted to death.
That's just a small sample of the most high profile things Putin's been connected to.

Yeah, same here.
And the American left was pretty unabashed in their support for that villain. The ideologies matched.

He will never go against Islam, Islam is the second biggest religion in Russia and one of the official religions of Russia.

It's Leftist nonsense. You can't trust anything that comes from the Left. It's majority lies.

Freedom House rating on Russia:
LINK
Any country that gets a 22 out of 100 is a repressive society that still offs people. If you want specific examples, look up Boris Nemtsov and Anna Politkovskaya.

Who has the larger body count Putin or Clinton?

Was going to jump in here with this one...just beat me to it...Clintons have over 50 specific "mysterious" deaths, couple of conflicts and bombings to their name...
Putin is somewhere around equal footing when calculating body bag counts...
Bushes have more, LBJ has way more...Nixon didn't have to slay a bunch of people all the time, but LBII was all him.
Then you move up to your Polpots, Idi Amins, etc.

OK Chewey, enjoy biting on Putin's balls because Trump wants to be BFF. He wants to re-build eco and defense alliances with the FSU, and if you chose to not believe this, that's up to you. Perhaps you can vacation on the Russian Riviera -- Crimea, which used to be part of the Ukraine.
Is biting another man's balls considered an act of endearment these days? That's news to me.

This, like most of your other responses, is simply a red herring. The insinuation that Putin wants to remake Russia in the form of the Soviet Union, as is what you suggested, is nonsense. Putin wants to enhance Russia's geopolitical position, which is not news to anyone, so that you keep posting about it as if it is is rather perplexing and has absolutely no substantive merit in suggesting that Putin is seeking to reestablish the Soviet Union. Fundamental to the Soviet Union is the implementation of Communism. Read up.
I don't love or hate Putin. I can recognize him for what he is and likewise not believe it constitutes a fundamental threat to American vital interests. For the Americans who believe it's ok for the United States to meddle in the internal affairs of Ukraine and other states in Russia's backyard, in pursuit of our own interests, and not expect the Russians to react accordingly, I don't expect you to agree.
Oh, and Crimea of course also used to be a part of Russia. And parts of the American southwest parts of Mexico. So we have established the fundamental nature of international politics. Illuminating.
