Any proof of him drinking? Not that it really matters, he's singing like a canary going deep in the mine. Since when does having a drink invalidate witness stories? Such a tired tactic though, ANY damaging evidence against Trump is followed by; fake news, he was joking, he was lieing or now, he was drunk

Prediction: when the time comes Nunberg WILL comply with the subpoena.

this is what i thought, but apparently he had a 3pm deadline today to turn over the documents. And he didn't. He could be in jail by EOD tomorrow.
He also said he was offered immunity.
