Going on about mccain as Trump has so long after death makes me think Trump is cracking.
Over the edge.
Losing sleep over being in court in NYC and he and his family going to prison in new York state.
He's the broken pinata.
One or two more hard knocks will make psychosis the key word of the campaign.

If that's what you got out of my OP then you really need to examine your critical thinking skills. I clearly stated that if McCain had any doubts or worries about Trump's candidacy, he should have handled it in public. Instead...McCain worked behind the scenes to get that dossier - paid for by DNC opposition research - into the hands of the press.
Those are not the actions of someone who is trying to save American democracy. Those are the actions of a political rival trying to take down a candidate they do not like.

Please, enlighten us with other examples of this protocol.
It's even worse when you consider that he had the same thing attempted against him in his 2008 presidential campaign. Not only the same collusion hoax done to him but practically all the same people involved in 2016 that were also involved in 2008.
Yet, he decided to get involved with the dossier knowing all along the same thing was attempted against his campaign.

You actually believe all that garbage. You ACTUALLY think that Trump and his family will go to jail, don't you? And that Trump MUST know it, and therefore he's cracking up.
I know.... maybe he's working up an insanity defense or a not competent to stand trial defense.
