1SOF? Probably meant 1st SFOD: (1st Special Forces Operation Detachment- Delta)
CASA-8's? Probably meant CASA 212. CASA is a Spanish plane company called Construcciones Aeronáuticas S.A., the 1st SFOD has uses them
