What a shameful display today

Thousands of kid in the street demanding their own oppression. An absolute insult to all those that have sacrificed for the very freedom they would refuse given the opportunity.
Same kids the think simply being “white” makes you an “oppressor”. These kids are stupid enough to do it to themselves. An error of epic proportion.
We (those old enough to teach that generation) should be ashamed of ourselves. We have failed every one of those kids.

I watched a good bit of it. The one thing I noticed was that at points it seemed like it was a rally regarding violence in Chicago.
The one thing that stood out was that there was no discussion or mention whatsoever of the role that the humans that hold the guns play. The entire rally was about guns as though they are inanimate objects that are killing people.
My take-away was how we are being told to respect these kids and their maturity while their positions are infantile. What I saw at the rally was one thing: Make guns go away and all of our problems will be solved.
These kids have a monolithic opinion that is not based in reality. There were no speakers that spoke about why people kill other people. They believe they can wave a magic wand and make the guns go away and everything will be peachy.
There were numerous discussions about Chicago violence and all of the discussions revolved around the access to guns. Not one person mentioned anything about why black people or killing each other in Chicago. It was all about in animate objects.
That is why these idiots should not be listened to. They want to identify one simple thing as a cause and restrict any conversation to that one thing. Were they to have a discussion about why black people are murdering each other constantly in Chicago, they would have to have a conversation that would make him uncomfortable. So frick them.
