I was a victim for a while there until I got in the programming workplace.

1% Karelia (border region of Finland Russia)
<1% Iraq
I'd like to know from you 23 and me hobbyists, what do you make of it when you see 1% Finn/Russ?
Does that equal a great great great great grandparent?
How many generations back does 1% equal?
There are dozen dots in eastern Poland, dozens all of Lithuania, dozen western belyrussia. One dot Iraq.

Can I still be a victim if my victim side is white people that were oppressed by other white people? Or is victimization strictly tied to other skin tones only?

Mix of stuff including German, Irish, Italian, and probably Scottish by way of Australia.
