Thought I would watch to see what kind of role model this person is on the kids I teach. I actually thought that she might be one of the more positive people in these kids life.
Boy could I have not been more wrong. This individual is an absolute disaster as a role model. I watched about 20 minutes before I turned it off. “Suck on my balls” song was about as far as I could make it. Don’t have a link because it’s on Netflix, unfortunately.

That song is why M.Obama liked her so much.

You've got thousands of horrible posts on this website, but this one is by far the absolute worst.

I was thinking about this the other day with a song some of my 8th grade girls were singing in the hallway. Ariana Grande’s “Thank You, Next” premiered at number one on the charts and features the line “I am so fricking thankful for my exes.” It repeats a bunch throughout the song.

Now I hate that I’m becoming an old guy prude and don’t really think anything’s wrong with the song or the lyrics but it seemed weird to me that the pop culture songs that appeal to the middle school girls of this generation feature such language. I was trying to think of what was popular when I was in middle school in terms of pop music and it was Britney Spears, Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, and TLC. Those kind of groups and none of them dropped the F bomb in a chorus line with a song that would jump immediately to number one on the charts.

I know cultures and society changes and perhaps it’s better or maybe not. But it’s certainly more comfortable with vulgar language nowadays unless I’m missing something in my memory from “back in my day.”
