It is threatening in what way? A speech in which a POTUS directly threatens another country? Or an address in which POTUS makes a dumbass statement that triggers a nasty regional conflict? A nasty regional conflict with the potential to descend into a WWIII nuclear conflagration.
IMO, Creepy Joe Biden's statement/speech that Ukraine should be admitted to NATO would qualify as the most threatening speech.
But surely Ole Joe doesn't stop there. He was against sending Abrams MBT's to Ukraine before he was in favor of sending tanks to Ukraine. A whole lot of escalating going on.

Yep, I was disgusted and disturbed by that. Grumbled to my nice but not very intellectual coworker. He just awkwardly laughed, shook his head "I don't know what to tell ya. As long as people don't get vaccinated more variants will develop...".
