Vivek comes at you from all angles

Haley is a true problem though

Some in the democrat party like her. I think the reason they like her is that she can be pliable. Her positions change.

South Carolina flag- she changed it after the incidents in Charlotte.
George floyd- she called on all Americans to feel the pain
Abortion- she’s been vague leading many to believe that she would not stand in the way of a move to reinstall roe v wade.

I think she can beat Biden but it’s not in the country’s best interest imo.

Haleys rise in the polls was definitely fabricated. Ive said for weeks that Trafalgar polling run by Robert Cahaly was bought out / paid off to hype her numbers and lower Trumps, specifically in NH where it would seem more believable. The ultimate goal is to get her to a strong 2nd there in NH to narrow the field so that she can emerge as the clear 2nd place candidate for if / when Trump is taken out either by ineligibility or other nefarious means.

They picked this cuck because he has a reputation of being pro-Trump so his polls would have more weight with conservatives.

Lol wut. Populism breeds big government b/c it's all based in emotion and mob mentality and not a reasoned, individual approach.

That's why when pandering as populists, the "conservative" leaders promote so many leftist economic policies (like Trump)

Trump inadvertently bumbled his way into populism when consulting with Rick Santorum in early 2015. It's well documented that he didn't even know what it was "popularism - yes thats what I am."

The next step would be to get a true right leaning populist like Bolsinaro, Wilders, Le Pen, or Milei to take over for Trump and be more serious. Someone like Tucker or Vivek or JD Vance. My money would be on the latter.

I think the only one of those 3 who may hold sincere populist beliefs is JD Vance.

Vivek is a Democrat posing as MAGA and Tucker is a literal east coast elitist.

I see your point, but you can be part of the effete / elite set and still be a Populist (Wilders, for example). I think Tucker is genuine. I'm less certain about Vivek obviously.

The guy is smart and trying to win a election. He knows Trump will win if he is on the ballot . The rest of the candidates are running just to attack Trump and do anything they can to keep him from being president again . Vivek is also setting his self up for 2028 , while Desantis may have destroyed his chances in 2028 just to attach Trump .

I’m not a trumpet so your question doesn’t pertain to me

That said, trump is very good at changing his stripes. He seems to have evolved into a conservative over decades but certainly embraced a more moderate position in social issues back in the 99’s and 2000’s. He was pro choice for many years.

Politicians positions do evolve though. Reagan was anti gun for his time as governor.

Haley though, is a different sort. She is waffles depending on the crowd.
She also exhibits some nasty politico- business behavior that I detest.
Boeing, and the ties to the defense industry, are particularly troubling
