This is what confounds me with Trump. Yes, he's everything most folks have known about him, a bit crude, brash, off the cuff. But he's basically the same guy we've known since the 80's. Tamed down a bit, but he genuinely is who he's always been. The Left will vilify McCain, Romney, Bush(es), whoever they NEED to at the time with pretty much the same charges as they raise against Trump.

So what's that really tell us? It's all character assassination. Be it Trump or Charles the Pious, we'll hear the exact same bilgesnipe. Racist, white nationalist, misogynist, etc... that!

I want a fighter, no matter who it is, and no matter WHAT the other side calls them.
