Vax requirement for work

It may be happening we are over 100 employees. If we are not vaxxed we have to have a negative test every week and wear a mask at work.
What are my options here to get out of the weekly testings and mask wearing?? I'm not getting the shot

First off, ask your safety department why they plan on enforcing a rule that has been suspended and will ultimately be ruled as unlawful.

You can get free tests all over the place and they take 5 minutes at most. Just do that once a week until they get over it.

Start preparing your exemption request, because if they are doing it even though the courts struck it down, then they will probably do like my employer and give you very little time to prepare and submit exemption requests.
Submitted my exemption request weeks ago, and I'm hearing we won't get an answer until just before Christmas, and if we aren't jabbed by the 26th we are let go. I have another position already lined up, as I expect my request will be denied.

Someone on another thread mentioned that the only vaccines in the US are under EUA, which cannot legally be mandated. The FDA-approved vax is not currently in use in the US. This may only be a temporary fix if your company continues with their stupidity even after the mandate is shot down. Might want to try for full exemption first.
