25 years as a Protestant here. Nobody's perfect all the time. 
There are absolutely some terrible people in the Catholic Church, particularly in leadership positions. It sickens me to think about what they were actually successful in covering up.

It is best not to think about it. As much as Christians are hated by the MSM, I have no doubt more will be uncovered. This religion, however, doesn't hold a candle to another that the MSM happens to adore. In that other one, they don't just molest children, they also kill thousands annually. Imagine what they are getting away with.
At this point in my life I think the only group I would ever consider, if I HAD to, was Hindu. LOL
