Immediately file articles of impeachment against the judge - now there will be a trial with all of his opinions subject to review and scrutiny including this obviously unconstitutional order - make him sit through a trial and see what the democrats do to keep him on the bench.
Thanks. I've come across that approach, but I'm trying to better understand how the feel they can do what they do. And the equivalent in the other branches.

I think we are currently at 55% so we would need maybe five Democrats
But that would mean the other Democrats would have to stand up for a clearly unconstitutional judge and getting that on record would be very beneficial in running against politicians that support unconstitutional judicial actions that could be very bad in some swing state
