Called on it? That's not my argument. It was Ted Olsen's argument in the Perry case and the court agreed. You know Ted Olsen, the conservative and former Solicitor General.

you know why I think you're not gay...Well first off you responded. Second, you're trying to prove you're gay by claiming to be a stereotype...I watch project runway, I'm totally gay

A gay man wanting to marry another gay man should be of no concern to the legal system. Yes, I know it is a legal binding document, but many people see marriage as an emotional binding contract rather than a legally binding contract (especially men because it becomes a swift kick in the nuts when the legality of divorce comes calling and they are forced to hand over all or most of their assets to the inexplicably heavily favored woman in court who has always been given the upper hand for no apparent reason). One can believe homosexuality is disgusting and I would agree, but that doesnt mean that two homosexuals shouldnt be allowed to marry one another. It is a question of morality and not legality. It may even be immoral to be a homosexual in the first place because obviously I have a dick and a woman has a pussy. We can reproduce together. Two men fricking each other in the arse cant reproduce, nature tells us that is impossible. The trump card, and always should be, is that it even more immoral for a government to tell two adults they cant marry one another if they want to. It would be the EXACT same guys if the government of Louisiana told you you couldnt marry your current wife. How fair would that be?

Welcome to the club. Few questions for you:

1. How do you think Zach Posner has done since replacing Michael Kors?

2. How was Decadence?

Total BS.

The love between two people of the same sex cannot possibly be the exact same as the love between a man and a woman.

The love between a man and a woman is much more spiritual because in most cases it will eventually result in the creation of another human being.

The love between two people of the same sex is not spiritual since all that results from it is two people of the same sex playing with each other's private parts.

people really overcomplicate it

you have two consenting adults with capacity being denied entering a contract together based on gender or gender quotas (just 1)

that makes it a federal question IMO, the government is the only one who can legally validate/execute this contract and they specify particular ratio...illegal RIGHT NOW in my less than expert opinion

still, when I hear people like toddy or VB or a particular woman I know, the spiteful prick inside of me just comes out to when I hear news like this...value systems, belief systems and moral foundations are for chumps

Perry, the Prop 8 case. The court found the CA law fails all three levels. IOW, even if you do not believe the two higher levels of scrutiny do no apply or that the law passes those tests, it fails on the lowest level, the rational basis test:

Proposition 8 fails to advance any rational basis insingling out gay men and lesbians for denial of a marriage license.

The SCOTUS never made that ruling. It dismissed the case for lack of standing.

decadence is fine as a bartender...a couple of times I would get temp bar work at a gay bar, none of the swing on the patio stuff, but just some gay dudes grabbing your arse and tipping like crazy. I cleared 3 grand one year.

Spiritual? Im an atheist. I dont fricking believe in spirits. Does that mean I wont feel the same love for my woman that you do for yours. Why are you people so infatuated in defending something that is clearly bullshite. I feel the same way about the complete legalization of drugs across the board.

You are confusing childbirth with love. Alot of people have children together and dont love each other at all and alot of people truly love each other yet never have children. A monkey can explain this to you. It shows how little intelligence you have if this is your reasoning.

It doesn't matter if you are an atheist and don't fricking believe in spirits.

The love (not lust) between a man and a woman will in most cases eventually result in the creation of another human being and if you don't think creating another human being is something special then I feel sorry for any children you have or eventually have.

BTW, it is "I'm", "don't" and "won't" not "Im", "dont" and "wont".

Are you really that fricking lazy?

NSS.

There are plenty of children born as a result of two fornicators of the opposite sex engaging in sexual intercourse because of their lust for each other.

That's not the heterosexual love between a man and a woman that I am talking about.

Apparently a monkey is trying to explain to me something that I already know.
