What if I conspire to intimidate someone to keep them from voting?
Only a governmental entity/actor can do that.

They were denying Jewish students safe access to class Pedo Hank.
I don’t know on what specific crimes he was arrested for, but there is a lot to work with.

Nice foot/ground work.
I find it difficult to believe that the feds can revoke either a visa OR permanent residency (aka green card) based only upon an ALLEGATION of criminal activity. It is almost inconceivable that they can undertake such an action without adjudication of the underlying criminal allegation.
"My cousin Edna told me that her sister Myrtle told her that their Aunt Sissy heard Khalil say Death to America." Trump: Khalil, you are outa here!!!!
We will see, as this thing develops. I doubt that Khalil will be the last of these that we see.
Based on what I've read so far, this looks to me like some political fan service and not much more. A distraction. A bone to throw with a little red meat on it.
I suppose we'll see soon enough.

I don't understand what law he broke here. He was arrested by DHS. Did he overstay a visa?
You seem very concerned.

Why would you want someone living near you that wants you dead.
The question is "How do the Constitution and applicable law ALLOW the federal government to respond?"
Everything else is just "sky screaming."

So you’re saying a private individual has never been charged with violating someone’s civil rights?

No worries.. we can find some obscure code, bend the numbers to make it work, find a sympathetic Jewish judge, and prosecute him on that.
Then tell everyone else “not to worry, we won’t prosecute anyone else for it”.
Call it, the New York hustle.

Free speech doesnt mean free from consequences From the government? Yes, it does
For U.S. citizens it does… and even that is not absolute. “Free speech” can be regulated as far as time, place and manner of speech. You don’t get to do whatever, whenever and wherever you want in the name of “free speech.”

It is Trump grandstanding for the villagers, knowing that they will remember the loud light show and probably never notice that nothing ever comes of it.
AS you say, "time will tell."

The democrats have shown the last 4 years they don't care about the Constitution so why should I play by the rules. Freedom of speech ends when you're threatening someone's life or blocking them from their rights such as going to class safely.
Just like I can't yell " fire" in a theater you can't use free speech to stop others from exercising their Constitutional rights..
Breaking into a school building and blocking others from using it are not rights it's criminal.

But the adults in the thread DO care about unimportant little niceties like the Constitution and applicable statutes, and we are attempting to discuss them.

Mahmoud Khalil didn't do that. He never occupied or broke into the building. He mediated between the student group that did and university administration.

You do know if you don't like my opinion you can freely move along. I haven't stopped anyone from expressing their views.
Again taking over campus buildings and blocking students is not a legal protest. I would assume a real attorney would be aware of that.

There aren't any. USAID and George Soros haven't funded any... unlike these anti-Christian groups they are funding and organizing.

If you don't defend your enemy's free speech, you don't care about free speech.
