It's the 3rd circuit court of appeals in Philly this time, headed by Patty Shwartz, a BHO appointee.

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia upheld a nationwide injunction that blocked the implementation of rules allowing employers with religious and moral objections to seek exemptions from the 2010 healthcare law’s requirement.
Today's example that there is no such thing as unbiased justice.

I love how the "right" to birth control now supersedes the enumerated right to religious liberty.
