Hogwash. The founders got their morality from Christianity and their reason from Aristotle and Socrates. If you resurrected any of them and showed them the 10 commandments in a public school they'd call you a retard and then die of a stroke.
This country was founded by principled, deep thinkers.

Didn't the first public schools have The Bible and Hymnals as the first text book? The people who founded this nation essentially learned how to read with The Bible.
