The fact that it is referred to as "The Party" as if any political party should have any power to begin with, is the problem.

I'm annoyed with Ben a lot, but he's done considerably more substantive work for the conservative movement than Owens. I don't know who is right in that dispute but I don't think Ben is part of the arguable grifter class.

Ben is pretty ideologically consistent in a fairly far right but pro-Israel conservatism. No qualms with those who object to his prioritization, but I don't think there is any compelling argument that he's not genuine in what he advocates for within that worldview.

I wouldn't call Owens a grifter, but I think it's very fair to say she's much more varied than Shapiro and has been all over the map on all sorts of issues.

Maybe MAGA shouldnt have tried to hijack a party that its not compatible with.

Is that like a party that has been deceiving and lying to its "base" since the mid-90's?

Michael Knowles

Knowles has routinely touted that he's a conservative and that we should get serious about winning, yet he has been a sycophant for previous General Election losers and shite candidates that will get their teeth kicked in come November. He had a chance to back the one true conservative in the primary and he refused to do so.

Shapiro hasn't done that. He was consistent in saying we should ditch the previous General Election losers (Trump, Lake-Abrams) and the shite candidates like Bernie Moreno who will likely lose in November. Same with Matt Walsh.

Yet you equate conservatism with neocon globalism.

None of them are on the ballot or had the potential to be on the ballot in November.

Much different than Trump, Lake-Abrams, Bernie Moreno, etc.

No, not even close. I have no clue why you pulled that lie out of your arse.

I think you just look at the body of work.

Walsh makes pretty substantive content and does work that genuinely helps steer discussions in addition to being an arguable influencer. So does Rufo. So does Shapiro.

Knowles is kind of iffy in that regard. I don't like him a lot, but Kirk is debatable. I don't hate Poso, but he doesn't really do anything besides "reach" people. He's an influencer. He may not be a bad one, but he is one. Owens is probably the same.

Same is true for politicians or would be politicians. DeSantis vs. Lake vs. Vivek, etc.

Graham literally proposed a national abortion ban less than a month before the 2022 election.

McConnell pulled funds away from competitive races in order to defend his hag Murkowski.

Romney's niece has overseen failure after failure since 2017.

Nope. I'm not defending "MAGA" at all. I'm correctly tagging "horrible 'conservatives'" as mainstream establishment Republicans.

Let me put it this way - I will never vote Democrat. Prior to 10 years ago I would vote Republican. Now I'll either not vote or vote 3rd party out of spite.

The Republican and Democrat parties are the lower leg bones of the Uniparty (Tibia and Fibula).

The GOPe is the fibula, the smaller bone but the one that can permanently cripple the leg if broken.

I'd rather break both bones, but if I can only break one I'd rather break the one that will do the most damage to the uniparty.

Youre deflecting.

Also helping prove a point that MAGAs war isnt with Democrats.

To quote Dan Bongino "All Republicans are Democrats, zero Democrats are Republicans"

Republican voters betrayed by the Republican Party failures over the last 20+ years want to make the Republican Party suffer.

In other news, water is wet.
