Well not the only difference but you can ignore the contact tracing and testing.
That being said, I think Being anti-HCQ because of Trump is dumb.
Everything seems to indicate it’s helpful. It’s not a silver bullet but it seems very effective.

Their President obviously didn't champion this proven drug early on, and half of their citizens obviously don't suffer from extreme TDS.

To think that some states made it illegal for doctors to prescribe HCQ for COVID patients. They would rather people die, than admit Trump is right. It is sad to live in a country with people like this.
