Trump isn’t the type to outright cave without some obvious gain to the US.

Is your last name Van Winkle? Cause you have been asleep for a decade.

This and this you clowns. Did you ever think we would keep 145% tariffs on them indefinitely. It’s the art of the deal.

He’s had the tariff for what, 10 days at most?

Unusual_whales has shown to not ever be a reliable source. Notice no link or citation? It’s just their TDS interpretation as usual.

I just heard what Trump said.

He said no one is going to be playing hardball. We are going to be nice and China is going to be nice.

The tariffs as they were rolled out, then paused, then un-paused then paused again and now talking like they want a deal was a self own by Trump.

He should have introduced a industrialization plan, talked up how job would be created if we had fair markets. Used the GOP majority to pass pro jobs legislation that had "fair trade" previsions and then used that to apply tariffs as needed.

Trump is right on the point but slopy in execution. I support tariffs but not the way they are being applied.

Same gop that have people going against him?

I agree it’s necessary. You need to cut taxes and regulation. But half the republicans are not maga. They want to keep the previous order going.

The mechanic called with the initial estimate…..$1200.00

You show up to the garage to pick up your car getting ready to pay. Total bill comes to 950.00
