President Trump pledged to unseat Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski after she praised former Defense Secretary James Mattis’s rebuke of the president.

Few people know where they’ll be in two years from now, but I do, in the Great State of Alaska (which I love) campaigning against Senator Lisa Murkowski. She voted against HealthCare, Justice Kavanaugh, and much else...

...Unrelated, I gave Alaska ANWR, major highways, and more. Get any candidate ready, good or bad, I don’t care, I’m endorsing. If you have a pulse, I’m with you!

Murk actually needs to be primaried in 2022

If trump wins the senate will most likely be 52-48

Your 3 deciding votes Mitt, Murk, Collins

I guarantee you they would sideline a Supreme Court nominee

I still find it hard to believe we have a President willing to shoot straight like this. It’s still great to see.

Don't know enough about Alaska politics, but I can believe that she will not have the same luck winning a write in campaign a second time.

Not with this much attention on her and a republican President campaigning against her.

It's still unbelievable to me how she pulled that off in 2010.

Us common folk keep forgetting that all gifts and appropriations come from trump, and not the senate, congress or monies from the taxpayer. Please forgive us.

McConnell helped prop her up when she did that IIRC, as she was one of his protégés.

He should have threatened to strip her committee seats and seniority for running as a write-in after losing the primary.

The NRSC has a policy where they always support the GOP incumbent to ward off renegade primary challenges that put the seat in danger and will blackball any political consultant, advertising firm or virtually anyone who works for the primary challenger.

I have a feeling that Murkowski will be an exception to that policy, especially if the Republican President is still in office and campaigning against her.

I dont think she would get primaried again. I cant think of any republican candidates up here that have the name recognition or voter base she has.

That’s his telling Palin to run for the seat.

Wouldn’t be the first time she tossed an incumbent Murkowski out of office.

Well, they have two years to figure it out and Trump, if he's still POTUS in 2022, being involved against her should shake up the dynamics.
