According to economics, you'll never defeat drugs from the supply side. Synthetics changed the game
It’s never really been tried in a serious manner.

Well, not enough but that’s not the topic of this thread. This thread is about using the US military to target and kill suppliers outside the borders of the United States.

So you don’t want to discuss the topic of the thread I see.
If you begin to do that maybe I’ll engage you on your graph.

If you look back, this was discussed in Trumps first term to address the drug crisis.
And of course the MIC and swamp ridiculed him f
The MIC is licking its chops for another Afghanistan-style, never-ending war

Ive already discussed it.
Crush the cartels today, a new drug and supplier pops up tomorrow.
This is how it always has been, and always will be.

Like I said. We have lots of bullets. And we can kill them as fast as they crop up if we really wanted to. It’s just a matter of political will.

Maybe it will take one of your grandkids dying from fentanyl to wake you up.
But I will say this and we are done here. Its been signed and Trump will do whats necessary to protect innocent people in the USA and there is not a DAMN thing you can do about it.

Youre arguing against proven laws of economics.
Youre gonna lose.

What am I going to lose?
Posted on 8/9/25 at 11:24 am to HeadCall
Our war on drugs was a war on inner cities and on the local dealer and user. Americans.
The ones behind the scenes that supplied it... smiled at the money and found another person in the streets to sell it.

Look at this clown.
Before Fentanyl, it was oxy. We crushed the oxy trade, what happened?

So we should just sit back and surrender the field and do nothing about the supply side?

No, incorporate them into the legal economy.
We need to stop saving people from themselves. Its become too expensive.

Nothing.
But the cartels will. See Rog doesn't really understand economics.
What happens when the producer of a popular product shuts down? Somebody takes its place cause they want that money.
Roger seems to think that US growers would not step up to take that money. He thinks only the cartels can do that.

The CIA using surveillance drones over Mexico now, and have been for a few years.
All sorts of intel being picked up, there and all along the border.
Id bet its more focused on following the money, not some Apocalypse Raid.
Betcha for some strange reason you will find a lot of those border states with a lot of politicians, judges, DAs suddenly retiring for no explainable reason.
Remember, always remember the rule of JP Morgan:
The good reason: Those nasty stinking cartels
The real reason: Turn the southwest red for the next election
